one of the best (and my favourites) workouts are: deadlift, step-ups, curtsy lunges, donkey kicks....
There is so important not to force ourselves to the limit and to rest every time we need.
Also we need to maintain hydrated and relax to be the best version.
Finally, it's Okey if you train 10 or 50 minutes, the time is not important right now.
