One exercise to do for the chest is the bench press.

 

First of all lie on the bench and pull your shoulder blades together and down. You have to arch your back slightly. Grip the bar slightly wider than your shoulders are. Now you have to inhale, hold your breath, and unrack the bar. Then Lower the bar with until it touches your chest. Push the bar again up to the starting position while exhaling. Take another breath while in the top position, and repeat for reps.
