This is a really easy exercise. You don't even need to go to the gym, which makes it pretty great already. Just find a solid surface in your home, that is stable!! Start at a high surface, such as a kitchen counter and do an incline push up.Once you find this easy, you can go to lower surfaces, such as a sturdy chair. If this then becomes too easy, you can incorporate incline push ups with rotation to increase the difficulty level.💪
