I do chest workouts by doing some of them in the picture above. Push ups, lying chest fly and dumbbell pull over. Warming up and stretching is the first step prior. And then do 5 sets of each exercise for 15 reps with 1 minutes break in between. For dumbbells, it should be heavy enough that you can barely complete 15 reps per each set. That is my tips.
