Chest workout tips for men

This chest workout will guide you to work on different chest muscles.

Start with 5 LB weight first, and then gradually increase weights in your exercise.

Do barbell bench press and decline pushups , 4 sets of each.

Also do Dips to work on shoulder and chest muscles.
