Push-up

The biggest advantage of push-ups is that you can easily do them anytime, anywhere.

 It is a good exercise for building basic upper body strength, and is especially good for chest exercise. 

The point is to adjust the arm angle to the side and vertically.

I Do three to five sets of 12 each day.
