For me, the best chest exercise is the Diamond Push up. It is really a progression from the standard push-up position. In this push up we should, instead of having the hands shoulders width, we should try having them underneath the chest, touching the thumb and index fingers.
It is at the beggining a little hard but It works nicely for me. Trainers say it is also great not only for the chest, even it could also help to develop core muscles on the body.
