Ummmmm ok so, i don't really know much about chest workouts, cause i don't like it, but i think the best workout that i saw an improvement in short time is push ups. Push ups make your arm muscle work, your chest, abs, and also ur shoulder that has no reason to avoid it. Push ups 15 or 20 in a one set 5times a day which is only like 20minutes, but it helps a lot.
