The best exercise to lose belly fat is cardio exercise, so I often do jumping jacks at home.
1. Stand at attention and slightly bend your knees.
2. Raise both arms to the side to shoulder height, and jump with both feet spread apart to shoulder width.
3. Lower both arms and return to the initial standing posture.
4. Jump up and clap your hands above your head, with your feet shoulder-width apart.
5. Lower both arms, return to the standing position
*repeat 15 times x3 sets.
