I'll be honest out of all workouts cardio is my favorite. I especially enjoy the videos by Zumba class in order to lose belly fat. Tap dance is also fun and really works the calves. Cardio is great for helping build energy everyday. If you have routinely been feeling tired cardio may be able to help. Id also recommend a brisk walk out in nature.
