I have to confess, I'm not great when it comes to exercise! I might be as well considered whatever comes before beginner, but lately I've decided to change that and, since I don't really like going to the gym, I have discovered the treasure trove that is YouTube! There's so many easy-to-follow workout videos even for me! This one I have linked is one of my favorites. I try my best to follow this video everyday, and then add an extra random video from a playlist of videos that seemed fun to try, so I end up exercising along to at least 2 videos for a total time of about 40mins, which might not be much but hey, it beats absolutely no minutes! The tips that work for me might not work for others, but one thing that helps me with keep going is to put on Netflix and just focus on that instead than the fact that I am exercising. So far it has worked good!
