I love to jogging on treadmill especially on a raining day.  Weather can't stop me to do exercise.  

 

First you need a warm up to your legs muscles.  Second, try to walk in a climb level 15 and adjust faster once you feel you are ready.

 

Finally, keep the speed around 30-45 mins then cool down 5-10mins slow walk on treadmill.  

 

Enjoy indoor jogging exercise. 🏃
