I like the elliptical machine because you can get a good consistent workout.  To start, sit down and use the elliptical machine at a slower pace for five minutes. Next do stretches for at least 3 minutes and then do a 10 minute moderate workout. Next, do 5 minutes of fast and consistent work.  Finally, spend 5 minutes at a slow pace as well as stretching for another 3 minutes. Do this 3 times a week.
