Consistent exercise in neighbourhood

I am incredibly lucky to have an outdoor space in the city that is pretty secluded and quiet. The garden is quite big that some neighbours and friends come every weekend to do the outdoor yoga in the summer! Everyone brings their own yoga mat.  It’s easy to enjoy the yoga under the sun! We exercise, talk and smile!
