I uploaded this YouTube video that explains the difference between the high bar and low bar squats. I personally prefer low bar squats because they focus more on the legs and the quads and the glutes and that is basically where I like to focus however, I do incorporate high squats in my routine. I guess it just depends on what you're looking to do. This video explains very neatly and easily which does what so this way you can accomplish what you're looking for without getting too confused and too caught up with other things that really don't matter or make sense in the beginning. Now, if you are in advanced or , other type of training then I'm sure that there is more to it, but I feel like the basics are really the only thing to know if you are just trying to Get your personal accomplished.
