In the image above are the posture and stance for a high bar squat and a low bar squat. For my personal experience I like to do the high bar squat because it mainly focused on strength training. I recommend doing reps until you exhaust yourself. The proper stance would be bar resting on the upper trap. And then the low bar on the lower trap, overall this is a great workout for strength and muscle training.
