You should ask your vets opinion. It could just be because she's young and burns up a lot of energy.
Our black lab is too thin I think. We keep increasing her food but I can see all her ribs. She still had great energy and wants to play all the time.

Talk to the vet. You may even be able to call for advice, rather pay for a visit. That's great you are noticing her health. I hope you'll get a solution and improve her weight!
