A photo of a little kitty my brother and I helped reunite with owners.. 6/7 weeks old, no chip ๐, owners had him a week apparently. Covered in fleas, was so upsetting. My neighbour helped bath him and clean him up, they brought their sibling with them and the same issues. Really upsets me..

That poor kitty! That's so sad. Did the owners not bother to check on the kittens to see if they have fleas? It's just upsetting that people neglect their animals.
