Post partum

Hello!

 

I am 3.5 months post partum and breastfeeding. I have recently started slowly getting back into exercising. I have to be sure to maintain enough calories to produce enough milk for my baby as well as compensate for my extra walking. I recently transitioned back to pescatarian as my vegetarian diet wasn't cutting it. What are you favorite pescatarian recipes?

    It's been a while since I made it but there's a simple recipe of cutting up some veggies (maybe tomatoes, onions, bell pepper) and you wrap that in foil with the fish and just bake it in the oven. You can add whatever seasonings you like to it too.
    Also sometimes just a plain fillet of salmon seasoned with lemon pepper.

    I'm not pesctarian but one of the things that I would eat when I was newly postpartum was a lot of oatmeal! Helped keep up my milk Supply as well!

      Oh really!? Just plain oatmeal? I don't particularly like it, but I'll eat it with fruit.
