I figure I should start to document the things I am doing to improve my physical health. Tis late, will do later. Hopeful to remember.

That's a great idea, and I highly recommend it.
Keeping a log of early activities helps us become aware of ourselves, and knowing ourselves is an important first step to take in order to build good habits.
I say this from my own experience. Logging my day helped me achieve more than a couple of goals.
