Changing mindset

I really need to shift my mindset with food. I had my gallbladder out last week and noticing my body doesn't like junk food at all anymore and I need to eat less. How do you prepare smaller meals or more snacks when you're also prepping for your family?

    Use a smaller plate, half vegetables, 4 Oz lean protein, your family can eat the same foods as you, find high protein low carb recipes. Snacks fruit, nuts, cottage cheese....
