Not too bad, thanks. I just got back from a long walk; it is dusk for me. I discovered yoga when I started my weightloss journey. I do Happy Yoga with Sarah Starr every morning to ease my pain and stiffness from the car accident I was in. The combination of yoga and losing a lot of weight has decreased my need for pain medication just to be able to stand and walk even a short distance.
