Stop snacking

This one change has made a big difference for me. I started small by cutting out snacking between breakfast and lunch. Then I moved on to the time between lunch and dinner. And then finally after dinner.

I still snack occasionally, but nothing compared to how I was

After dinner, late in the night is my downfall. I am trying to do better because eating before bedtime is not good.

Here's a trick I came up with. I bought a bag of sugar free hard candies. When I feel like snacking, but am not really hungry, I have a candy.

It's not easy. You gotta start small and use things like drinking (lots of) water. I've also found sucking on sugar free hard candies to be helpful.
