Jog/Walk.

I decided this morning I was going to be more proactive, I have just gotten back in from a jog/walk. I wanted to do at least 20'minutes, but I got up to 11.4 minutes and had to head home. I have been out of kick boxing for just under two months now, so many personal issues going on time hasn't been easy to find to attend the sessions. My body has defiantly felt the strain today as I also suffer from fibromyalgia and I couldn't cope. Decided to do some home exercises on my yoga mat now instead!

I am 26, September I will be 27. I feel so unfit and unhealthy compared to everyone else my age! But I got to remember I also have health issues. But I am pushing through! I hope your journey is good!

That's good that you are trying to look after yourself with exercise.  A friend told me that cutting out all processed food has a long term positive effect on fibromyalgia. Might be worth a try if you can.

I defiantly heard this too, it's just hard for me with a four year old who's picky with food! But I am pushing myself to eat more fish which I'm not fond of! And slowly cutting down

I prefer jog than walk. Sometimes if I feel tired then walk .
