I heard that somatic workouts helps with losing the pouch. I need to buy a mat too coz I also want the pouch gone ๐
Does anyone have any home workout ideas? I have a yoga mat & a set of dumbbells, as well as resistance bands I have done overall 40 minutes at home plus just over 11 minutes jog/walk before hand. Ideally, I just want to become fitter within myself & hopefully lose my baby pouch that is almost 5 years old๐
