Yeah, getting even little bits of exercise during the day helps
One of the many problems people have is time schedules. When they are too busy everyday for their own good. Such as work and school. So ive created a schedule in a time period of 12 hours of daytime to nighttime.
For teens and adults trying to lose wieght:
Wake Up
Drink water
make bed
Jog for only 10 minutes while watching your favorite show
Eat 2 eggs or a protien full meal for breakfast
Drink water
Shower
Skincare+ Brush teeth
Dress
Head out
arrived at work/school
Get to work
Lunch: eat carbs and protiens
(meat, rice, pasta, veggies) healthy portions
work
go home
walk outside for 30 mins
drink water
shower
do work/homework
dinner before 6
(protien, and fats and healthy unproccesed carbs)
walk around house
dribk water
watch fav shows
bed time
