MINGLE CHALLENGE DAY 2 -Jog Challenge 2

Today I went for abjog after a few days of just walking and 1 day not doing much because I wasn't feeling too well.

 

Now after jogging I feel Fantastic and refreshed. I finally found (or re-found) my dimension and walked and jogged again today for 20k steps altogether ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ’ช

 

I also want to build muscles on my arms since I don't have any compared to my legs muscles.

 

I can do it.....
