#21: How to manage my anger?

Anger is the worst enemy for self improvement.  Anger has negative effects on our physical and mental health.  How manage anger ? Please write in the comments.

    I've learned to step away from the situation for a bit. If I'm becoming angry during an argument I'll clearly tell the person I need some time to think about what we're talking about and ask for a couple or hours before we come back to the topic.
