Pre workout food

Pre workout foodPre workout foodMy favorite pre-workout meal is too hard boiled eggs, and a package of apple slices. The eggs provide the protein and the healthy fats, and the apple slices provide the sweetness I need and the fiber. 

 

I also have at least one cup of coffee. And drink lots of water. Both before, during and after my workout.
