Gatorade or water (10)

For any workout I generally like to drink a lot of water cause it will flush out any toxins that have been released during my workout.  The water also helps replenish anything that I lost during my workout from sweating.  I also like fruit punch Gatorade this also helps to replenish any electrolytes that I may have lost during my workout or before my workout. Gatorade comes in multiple flavors lemon lime or fruit punch. Water is generally better for any workout to drink weather it's pre-workout or post workout Gatorade or water (10)

    Water doesn't replace sodium or electrolytes lost due to sweat. It just depends on the intensity of your workout - water may be fine.  But I find Gatorade has too much sugar.
