Coffee is a great way to boost your alertness and concentration during a workout. Bananas has great nutritions that asssit in performance and muscle growth. It is a great source of potassium which is great for preventing muscle cramps during your workout. I also like to carries a gatorate around with me when I am exercising as it helps to replaced electrolytes and for dehydration purposes.

    39. Gatorade has a powder with protein added to it that can be mixed with water. It dissolves clear and is really good.
