Salad I made.

chicken breast 

quinoa

avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘ 

baked eggs ๐Ÿฅš 

romaine  ๐Ÿฅฌ 

tomato ๐Ÿ… 

Bean ๐Ÿซ˜ 

paprika ๐Ÿซ‘ etc.

Every time I exercise, I take one out of the refrigerator and eat it.

It's hard when I make it, but it's rewarding when I eat it.

I eat Greek yogurt as a dressing.

I take this salad two or three times a day.
