1) Herbalife is a company that offers a large quantity of food supplement products.

2) Every day I replace the meal with a complete mix called Formula 1.

3) On training days I consume mineral salts dissolved in water (at least 1.5 liters).

4) When physical activity is harder, it is a good idea to supplement with a protein bar at the end of the day.

5) The basic diet is very important, sugars, fats, potatoes and alcohol must be avoided.

6) Finally, if you do a very demanding workout, you can take amino acids and creatine, but without exaggerating because large quantities can be harmful
