That looks a great product! I wish we has it available here in the UK!
instead of using milk in a preworkout shake, I use premier protein! This way I bump up my protein but the sugar is lower. To keep it interesting I use different add-ins of fruits and veggies. As we age, we all need more protein, so these shakes are a great way to get a quick 30 grams of protein and only 1g of sugar! I also like how I can put spinach or kale into the shake and not have the taste altered!
