100g in 2 scoops is a lot! I wonder if they have that brand in the UK, very interested!
I am using this protein powder as my supplement before starting my workout.
It has different flavours ... I like their chocolate flavour.
I add 2 scoops to my cold water to make protein shake. It gives me more than 100 g of protein in only 2 scoops and a lot of energy during my workout.
Also on my HIiT workout days, I prefer to have my protein after workout to repair muscles.
It has whey protein and no side effects
