This is the supplement that I'm taking currently. It's called Orgain Organic Protein Plant Based Protein Powder. I bought the chocolate flavor since I don't like the Vanilla taste. It has all the Protein and other nutrients to get you going before the workout. I put 2 scoops with 12 ounces of milk and mix them.
