So I'm a self-diagnosed ADHD (waiting to be clinically diagnosed) which has anxiety and depression as a part of its symptoms.
AND I get distracted and forget things easily.
I was searching up supplements for energy enhancers because well... adhd also have a gazillion thoughts and we physically glitch, which takes up a lot of my energy. Coffee has not been helping as much as it used to ๐ข
Then I accidentally stumbled upon the ashwagandha with black pepper supplement.
It's effect is supposed to be:
- energy booster
- Stress management for anxiety and depression
- Mental clarity and enhancer
I've been taking it for 2 weeks now. I've been able to finish projects, clean my place, meet deadlines, and my moods has been stable.
And I only took half the dose (recommended was 4 pills a day during meals) because I was taking other multivitamins.
I bought this from Amazon. Which isn't bad to take for now while I wait for my official diagnosis and I can get prescribed medication to compare.

I wish you the best, it's awful. Bf has it and his episodes are extreme. My son too and they're not related. And my coworkers... it's everywhere. I always loved Lamictal but it's a stabilizer.ย Been trying mushroom coffees... I was more bipolar type 2 back in the day and everyday dose kind of brought that back..I'm going through the pre adult woman hormone changes sooo.. found at Walmart * yup... I said that* a blend of 7 mushrooms for 14 bucks and that irritability chilled. I mixed it with the branded everyday dose too. That being said, that might be an option.ย Just find the right blend for you.ย Was Amazon the only place you found this product you mentioned?
