Just curious, but why did you feel the need to start supplementing electrolytes? I've been thinking to do so to combat leg cramps.
I've taken to adding electrolyte powder to the water I drink after a workout.
I've tried a few different ones, but Prime's tastes the best (so far). It tastes a lot like a Popsicle.
Honestly, all of the powders I've tried have tasted pretty good but Prime has been the best.
