I might put this movie on if the kids are looking for something new to watch.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 zooms back into theaters with a burst of high-speed action and undeniable charm. Jim Carrey once again steals the show as the villainous Dr. Robotnik, but the plot feels familiar and predictable. Newcomer Idris Elba adds a welcome layer of menace as Sonic's new adversary.
