It's about a bunch of kids whose houses have adjoining backyards (hence the name). Every day, they would get together and have imaginary adventures together in the big backyard.
Arguably, the best little kids' show in the past 20 years or so.
My kids enjoyed it when they were little and my wife and I enjoyed watching it with them.
So many other shows were boring or cringy, but this one was enjoyable.

The song was catchy but I never really got into it with my kids. We watched a lot of PBS. They are 20, 19,, 17 and 14 now.

Yeah, the song was pretty good for a kid's show.
