This underrated anime is available on hulu/Disney+. It follows Shinpei as he investigates the mysterious murder of his foster sister, Uchio. We've got body-snatchers, we've got superpowers, we've got time travel. This anime goes off the rails and it's sooooo well-done. The episodes have this very relevant quality to them - at the end of the episode it always feels like nothing happened, but the story has actually progressed considerably. Its pretty surreal and really adds alot of mood to the plot and themes.
