When I try to redeem the app freezes.

I've had no problems redeeming in the past but for the last 2 months when I try to redeem I get a screen freeze. The only thing I can do is close the app and try later, which always results in a screen freeze. 

I'd like to redeem my collection of coins before another price hike happens and not sure what to do.
