It's not often a meal gets thumbs up across the board in my family but this did:
Chicken breasts topped with a jar of salsa in the slow cooker. After 6-8 hrs shred and mix together. Then serve with:
Rocket
Corn
Peppers
Cheddar cheese
Tortilla wraps
Make your own fajitas.
