Gift card redemption

I've been redeeming cards all month and have had no problems. Here's the steps I use to redeem the Amazon gift cards:
-Redeem the card, do the phone number verification and then click redeem again. 
-Find the card on your redeemed rewards tab and click on it. Copy the security code and then go to the redemption site and input the security code and it will reveal the redemption code. 
-Input the redemption code on your Amazon gift card on your account. 

I hope this helps. This app is definitely not a scam. I've redeemed about $50 this month already with this app.

Maybe try clearing your app's cache and try again. It might also be your Internet connection. My Internet connect wasn't good earlier and every time I watched a video to open one of the treasure chest it wouldn't register and I kept having to watch a video to open it. 

Try to reach out to customer service.
