Aw that's annoying.
This has happened to me for the 3rd time!! Accumulated OVER 4000 steps today walking the lawn sprinkling weed killer, went to Tractor supply came home and put everything away, and even got an early start today!!! Phone freezes and the only way to UNFREEZE my phone is to turn off for a minute and turn back on!!!! Return immediately to the app and ALL MY STEPS ARE GONE!!!!

I have had the same problem a few times. I noticed that this problem begun when they mandated Screen Lock. I have decided not to collect StepCoins. But now, they say 500 StepCoins must come from walking in order for us to redeem.
