Every time I try to get a gift card it tells me my numbers already been verified and doesn't give me the card what can I do to fix this

What's so weird, maybe because you already have an account on cash app that uses that number so your current account is unable to use that same number. I'm guessing it's one number per account

Well it's on my phone number I did just buy a new phone but I factory reset my old phone so anything on it shouldn't have anything to do with my number
