I went to Planet Fitness after work today! I lifted weights for about 35 minutes and did 10 minutes the elliptical before that! I'm trying to get back in to this habit. It's been hard because of neck pain and knee pain, but I'm working within my limits. I started taking CBD and I'm hoping it keeps me going! Does anyone else use it?
