Not letting me buy a gift card. "unexpected error detected! contact the support team" (error 212)

Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble to buy play store gift cards these days? I've been having this trouble for 3 days and haven't fixed. Can anyone help me? I emailed cashwalk and didn't reply.
