Happened to me last week, took me 6 days to get my $5 amazon giftcard. Maybe because of update of a new version of the app thats why it took forever. I redeemed another giftcard a few days ago and i got it on an instant.
Not sure. If this is the right place to go, but I've tried several other items and have not gotten any response. My pending Walmart gift card has been processing for 5 days and normally It never takes this long and because of this issue I cannot process any other gift cards. Can someone? Please reach out to me to let me know what I should do I do not want to delete the account because I don't want to lose my existing points.
