Processing, processing, processing...

I've seen others post about this issue but have never run into it myself before. When I have redeemed gift cards they have always been available immediately for me to add to my Amazon account. Today I attempted to redeem an Amazon gift card and I received the "your reward is processing and it may take a few days". I am mainly worried because everyone else who I have seen post about this "delay" never actually received their reward. Is there anyone who received the "reward is processing" message that actually was able to redeem and use their gift card? If so, how long did it take? One of the reasons I chose Cashwalk over other apps I tried was because the reward redemption was so easy and dependable. I hope that isn't about to change. Please share your success stories!

    I sent an email to their contact email so I will see if I get a response. I emailed just yesterday about not receiving coins for one of the games and I can say they responded within 24 hrs and the coins have now been rewarded. The coins are useless if the reward redemption doesn't work so hopefully I will here back just as quickly about the gift card concern!

      Still no response. I'm bummed because I actually have 10,000 more coins waiting to be redeemed so basically $15 that I may lose it they don't fix the issue.
